Availability of Service

The Service is available to customers who wish to book appointments for automotive services at Plasma Motors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

In order to use the Service, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Booking Appointments

You may use the Service to book appointments for automotive services at Plasma Motors. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Plasma Motors. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at any time without notice.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through the Service are subject to our payment and cancellation policy. Payment must be made at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance may result in a cancellation fee.

Warranty and Liability

Plasma Motors warrants that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. Plasma Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

Changes to Agreement

Plasma Motors reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service after any modifications have been made, you agree to be bound by the modified Agreement.
